  1. I had this over the weekend and OMG, it’s amazing. I’ve always enjoyed Greek foods, especially the Greek salads from Ermine’s Bakery on 1st and Brook. I love how this recipe combines the tasty flavors from a Greek salad with the traditional yogurt & cucumber sauce (tzatziki.) The sauce is extremely flavorful and I love the saltiness from the kalamata olives and feta cheese blend with the soothing flavors of Greek yogurt and cucumber and spicy garlic, oregano and red and green onions. It is one of the most perfectly balanced sauces I’ve ever tasted and it enhances the juicy and tender MorningStar Farms Grillers. My husband loved it as well, though he picked out the olives and gave them to me. He didn’t miss having red meat instead of a veggie burger and said it made him feel better and like he was eating healthier. We are both trying to cut back on fats and cholesterol and Morningstar Farms Grillers are a perfect way for us to control what goes into our bodies without giving up good taste and hearty flavors.
